Samantha Coulter

Samantha Coulter is originally from North Cape May and is the Office Administrator for the Coastal Marketing Group and REMAX SURFSIDE. She graduated from Stockton University with a B.S. in Communications, which helps her accel at her responsibilities. Samantha is often the first point of contact at our office and is always greeting clients and customers with a cheerful demeanor and knowledgeable attitude. Sam assists in many office inquiries, from sales to rentals, and facilitates the payments and leases for our rental properties. She is also a licensed salesperson.

Samantha is married to husband Alex and has two children Gabby and Kevin. She also has two dogs and when she’s not helping customers, she enjoys family days at the beach, visiting the Cape May County Zoo, or trying something new at one of Cape May’s many amazing restaurants.
