Gregory Giancola brings a wealth of experience to our office from his more than 31 years in the real estate industry. Gregg earned a B.S. in Business from The University of Southern Mississippi and provides clients with a vast market knowledge.

He has been a resident of Cape May for over 40 years and a pioneer in Cape May real estate since 1990. He is a recognized leader in luxury real estate with dedication to serving clients with a professional and trustworthy acumen. Prior to entering the real estate business, Gregg owned and operated a successful food operation known as Texas Ave. Food Market in Cape May. With his business knowledge, he has listed and sold many commercial properties in Cape May and surrounding areas.

In his free time, Gregg enjoys spending time with his family and friends, play golf and watching sports.
